In addition to her infectious smile, dedication, positive attitude, boundless energy, and personal commitment to giving her very best to each of her personal and professional involvements, Ms. Blanca Santiago brings a diverse set of skills to the Diversified Marketing Group (DMG) family. With over 11 years of experience working as a school office administrator, Blanca possesses highly developed organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to efficiently and methodically multi-task in her work. In addition to her administrative background, Blanca has extensive point-of-sale experience having spent seven years working in customer service and 5 years as an assistant retail manager.

Born in Manati, Puerto Rico in 1979, Ms. Santiago moved to New England a few years later and is a 1998 graduate of New Bedford High School. Thereafter, Blanca received her Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate from Burdett College in 1999 and subsequently completed the Clemente Course for the Humanities in Spring 2017.

On a personal note, Blanca is passionate about childhood education, community service, advocating for the LGBTQ+ community, cooking, dogs, family and friends, and most importantly the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. To that end, Blanca is a proud participant in the annual Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s South Coast Great Strides Walk. A true dog lover, Blanca also lovingly founded and currently operates Petz N’ Comfort, a walking and sitting service that caters to its dog owner clients in Southeastern Massachusetts. In addition, Blanca is fluent in English and Spanish and has often acted as a translator in her current and previous work. Ms. Santiago is appreciated by her clients for her hardworking, creative, and personable approach and is a valued member of DMG’s sales team.
